: In addition to the work, duties and rights mentioned elsewhere in this Act, the work, duties and rights of the Management Body shall be as follows:-
(a) To regularly monitor the export or importation of endangered wildlife or plants or their species in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act,
(b) To cancel the license if the person or institution or agency that has received the license violates this Act or the rules made under this Act or the conditions mentioned in the license,
(c) Conducting or conducting research and dissemination of studies regarding endangered wildlife or flora,
(d) To prepare periodic reports on behalf of the Government of Nepal regarding the policy, institutional and legal measures to be taken in relation to the status of the implementation of the Convention,
(e) to make other necessary arrangements for the implementation of the Convention, and
(f) To perform other tasks as specified.
